Some MMZ 2023 sketches & art (& 1 meme!) Part 2

Note: 2023 sketches that I haven't post yet here! Only few ones in previous post before 3rd animatic. The arrangement will be random and I dont want to put months! And sorry for same pictures if you already seen them!

Big points:

1. A random Lumine face that I decided to share! I like how it turns out! I dont remember if I shared the full version here before.

2. AxlHarp/HarpAxl is drawn based on a screenshot from my fave Thai drama GL... I havent watch it for long time I forgot the title 😭 the way they act is SO AxlHarp/HarpAxl in many ways!

3. CopyPhantom/PhantomCopy usually I explore their relationship heavily reference from Dickinson series (loosely based on poet Emily Dickinson's life), combined with Phantom being in ace spectrum (in my headcanon, I like to think he's a demi) & focuses on his interest of poetry; hence the meme

4. I forgot... Have I posted Four Guardians in white suits here before? (It's based on Japan's White Day that XDive held back then, but pity no Four Guardians; and no Harpuia's & Leviathan's alternate clothes for White Day at all). Initially I did want to draw the white dress versions for the Four, but the idea hasn't come into life yet.

Some of 2023 MMZ art & sketches (& 1 meme!) Part 1

Big points:

1. Slur.EXE and Rika/Chiri from Pokemon are the exact same person to me appearance-wise!

2. A silly quick comic of Phantom (helmetless) having his peace; zen moment in his quaters... till Fefnir probably got thrown by someone or something maybe from training room or malfunction Mechaniloid. Fefnir frantically apologizes & Phantom "calmly" told Fef to get out. He got out, but remembered Phantom's quaters is creepy, kooky, mysterious & spooky. Ori X's line is from Japanese MMZ fanbot account, the reason I drew the whole comic!

3. I sew Slur.EXE Edwardian style skirt, using recreation of 1910s skirt pattern American brand (I forgot either McCall or something)! Aaaand I still haven't continue the blouse one to this day.

I lost track of which of my drawings are from 2023 that I have not yet post in tumblr here from my dusty Twitter account... After I resigned from fulltime job as storyboard artist in animation industry (due to the uncertainty on animation industry's state) I'm currently in Master degree world endeavour to complete research thesis animation film. I will again inactive, but just to let you know I dont forget Megaman Zero and the fun that I had🫂

Aaand starting here on February 2023 (which there’s Valentine’s Day), energy depleted to draw; exhaustion from work.🫠 But as usual I love doing sketches even though many halfway finish!

The individual drawings each were once idea for The Four Guardians to be your 🫵🏻 Valentine date or normal date! You the MC with any choosing of the Four 😆👍🏻✨

Old drawing from January 2023 for sure! For New Year 2023, the Year of Rabbit! So once sgain make The Four Guardians wearing rabbit suit for funsies! They rocked so well! (And had fun drawing the anatomy!)

And I put cats there because for Vietnamese calendar, it’s the Year of Cat on 2023!

//also I’m still sulking no alternate clothes for Harpuia (even worse: Fefnir & Phantom unable to enter XDive😭) as well as many men characters are not as “fan-servicey” as women characters🫠 Make the sexiness equal to all genders if the team so wanted to do; but alas the past is in the past😔

Oh and if it’s unclear: Phantom one with the orange cat, that cat took his tail and Phantom is not happy with the cat’s shenanigans 😆

16 March 2023 is the day our next fanart animatic published in Youtube (link above). English dub version of "Ciel's Memory: The Big Four" drama track from Remastered Tracks Rockman Zero, "The Formidable Four".

After "What Comes Before" PreMMZX fanart animatic, I decided to make next animatic shorter than before due to fulltime job. For starters, I pick The Big Four not only I love The Four Guardians, but also this is an intro to them, hence an intro to new VAs for them, and intro to learning how to casting and working together in small group project. It's intimidating, but it comes to fruition.

Big thanks to Luna Love who helped me how the casting and voice acting world in general navigate; which she is the returning voice as Ciel in here!

And another big thanks to Percy Davis (Fefnir), Thea-Solone (Leviathan), and DangwooVA (Phantom)! They did tremendous job as the characters!

Sorry for sudden active and then I’ll be off hiatus again due to work life drained my creative energy out.

Here, I just need a link URL of my old drawing as you see here to put the image into my self-indulge oneshot fanfic of Axl x Harpuia.

This is my imagination of AU where Axl is alive and stuff. And this is Axl vs Harpuia when they were firstly enemies. The enemies-allies-hopeful friends(?)-hopeful lovers(?) type of thing.

This is my 2nd time writing fanfic. 1st one was so so so…. I feel self-counsious on 1st one I slowly dislike it 😭 it’s Harpuia x Schilt fanfic but terrible 1st attempt. 2nd time I’m still feeling self-conscious, but I love it when I pretend I didn’t write it 🤣 English ain’t my first language! But that doesn’t stop me from wanting to write more of my favourite crackships and rarepairs. Someday someday when I have time, chance, and ideas.
