After a particular nasty confrontation with his parents, Thor let the door slam behind him, eyes closing as he took a deep, shaky breath. “Fuck,” he cursed, slamming his fist against the post in anger. Hearing someone come up behind him, Thor whipped around. “I already told- Oh, Charlie.” His words faltering as he realised it wasn’t his parents. “I didn’t realise you were here.”

It wasn’t as though it was something Charlie needed, but getting a job helped her find the escape she craved from her parents and brother, even. She loved him, and them or she convinced herself she did, they were here parents after all, she had to. But that didn’t mean, she didn’t need Charlie time, so with little experience, she landed a gig at Hogs Head, sure to only pick up shifts that would ensure her parents would never find out. So, after her shift, she quietly entered the manor, not expecting anyone to be up, Charlie jumped as eyes landed on a clearly angered Thor. “ I didn’t think anyone would be up at this hour, what happened?” Charlie asked as she set her bag down, concern in her voice, she knew better than to take her brother’s frustrations at their parents to heart.

Perhaps practicing a new spell out in the open was not the smartest. But when she tried it in enclosed environments, it always worked. But this time, rather than seeing the trash bin flying up in the sky before exploding, it just exploded right there, sending trash flying all over. Instantly, Pandora’s eyes rounded, and she took a few steps back. “That was not the expected result.” She said, mostly to herself.

Charlie couldn’t help but grimace as the banana peel landed on her head, pulling it off their head in confusion as she glanced over her shoulder, spotting the culprit. “I would hope not,” the brunette chuckled, tossing the peel to the ground, kicking away some bits of trash that fell before her. “Can I ask what the expected result was, exactly?”

༺ - Do you have any siblings? What’s your relationship with them like?

I have zero siblings, so I don’t have a relationship with any. I wish I did, but my parents were pleased with their perfect child, lmao. 

ಹ - Share a story from your childhood!

Oh boy, I have quite a few though? But I think a majority of my favorite childhood memories took place at the same spot, at a friend of the families’ beach cabin, it’s nothing fancy, but we always had a great time there, you know? Like it was an escape from technology and the world, we’d just play on the beach, ride boats, take boat rides to the candy store, then sleep on mattresses under the stars. it was such a peaceful and wonderful time, it’s a place i will always love, always, always. aside from that one time we all got woken up by a seal giving birth, that shit was loud af, not to mention a nasty mess for the adults to clean up. definitely don’t recommend that, but hey, it made a great alarm.

Daisy didn’t mean to laugh, but the scene before did bring some sort of hilarity to the otherwise dreary topic she was dealing with, right now. Any distraction was welcome right now. That chuckle faded into a smile and she looked down at her notebook again, till the shadow looming over caught her attention. Not a confrontational person by nature, the girl swallowed her hesitation, but didn’t really dare to look up.

CHARLIE crashed onto the seat beside Daisy, plucking a fry off her plate as she did. “I swear that’s like the FIFTH girl he’s tried it on in the last thirty minutes, he really can’t seem to take the hint. I’m just glad, his sites are no longer on me, because whew, the alcohol stench is the LEAST of his concerns, dude needs to bathe for a week, maybe two.”
