@satans-undies
I have never read or watched Death Note and i know the whole ‘book that kills people’ premise but from all the shit i see on here it seems to be two teenaged boys acting out this scene over and over
I was very drunk at a concert last night and the only thing I could think of the whole time was this duck picture with the caption “don’t let me into my zone” it was like a ghost that haunted me
I do think the ability to emoji-react is a net win for human communication. not only does it give you an outlet for 'I see and acknowledge this but don't have a verbal response' but it also adds a pleasing alethiometer element to things
my coworker announces that he's off to the dentist. someone reacts with a tooth emoji. is this a statement of dentist solidarity? a wish for my coworker to return with more (or fewer?) teeth than he set out with? simple word association? who can say
Friend of mine calls it active listening. Ah yes we are speaking of tooths. I understand and respond. Here it a tooth image. I have heard you.
look at the excitement in his body language
[Takes a long drink of the cheap pisswater beer they serve here]
Yeah, sure, I like to live dangerously. On new moons, go out into the woods and offer bones to the blood god and blood to the bone god. They ain't caught me yet on account of them fightin' each other over sacrifices. You should try it sometime. Funniest shit you can imagine.
[Rolls into the bar covered in bites and bruises, face muddy and sticks and leaves on my clothes]
[Orders a double shot of rotgut and a pint of of pisswater]
I got a problem, gang. The bone god and the blood god put aside their enmity long enough to collaborate on creatin' a revenant to send after me. Unholy amalgam of flesh and shadow like, you know?
Huh? Nah. That ain't the problem, I've killed plenty of revenants in my time.
Problem is, I think it's taken a likin' to me (not platonically, mind you) and I can't decide if I should try 'n let it down easy or see where this goes.
[Walks into the bar with a noticable limp and a grin on my face, my neck is very clearly covered in smeared lipstick]
[I am trailed by an 8 foot tall figure swathed in tattered and stained sackcloth. Its head is a wolf's skull bound in barbed wire. Its eyes are two glowing embers embedded in bottomless inky black pits. When it breathes, a stench of rot and sulfur fill the room]
Everyone! This is Cindy. Say hi, Cindy!
[The wolf-skulled revenant with embers for eyes opens its jaws and emits a piercing shriek that threatens to rend the very fabric of reality itself]
Now, I want everyone to be nice to Cindy... mostly on account of I have no idea what she'll do if ya piss her off.
new top contender
one sup of this will have you demanding the news
evoking bertholt brecht’s “the way people cast a play!” quote as a spell against prescriptive, stereotypical, fatalistic typecasting
idk what to tell you except go look at the fishwives
got a crick in my neck and a frog in my throat and a chip on my shoulder and a stick up my ass and now you're gonna stand there puttin words in my mouth? haven't I been through enough?
feeling like I am perhaps downwind from an argument my brother in law is having with his fiancée about wedding planning
those other guys are just roleplaying. i'm a real freak. i don't trust tapwater. i'm inbred. smoking me out is like trying to smoke out a warehouse. i get drunk off of 2 beers. i'm scared of Walmart. ever had real freak before? you will immediately feel the difference. the ride is smoother, the controls are more responsive. you've been driving shopping carts until now. are you in the right headspace to hear some shit like "batter up!" before you get fucked? i'm 5 foot 6. i don't have insurance. i'm trying to move to your state before we even enter the talking phase. i'll get a passport to fuck. you think you can have it all with a genuine freak? have it writ upon thy meagre grave. i escaped from a lab where scientists work round the clock creating artificial life- genetically bioengineered to drive your pussy insane. ready for a real freak? once you've seen the stroke you can never go back. my ears ring 24/7. all i do is train. spending a night with me is like spending a night doing the super mario 64 speedrun stair glitch. send me an email.
God forbid you ask a pharmacy to fill a prescription
I feel bad for people who’ve never experienced a corn maze bc it’s not even fun but you just have to do it
I'd like to reblog this with some tags and comments bc I've really appreciated reading them
people who get what I mean:
people who have found a way to have fun in the corn maze but who I'm a little worried about:
