i’m thinking about how like........ when asked about her dad penelope just doesn’t know what to say because he’s been absent from her life like......... for so long....... she doesn’t communicate with him......... she hasn’t seen him since she was 13........... she doesn’t know shit about him and while she has phrases for what to say about her mom, she just doesn’t know what to say about her dad
