In any other situation, you probably would have hit him for calling you that, but the moment you saw Jungkook, the world seemed to stop spinning.
Even at such a young age, you were smart enough to realize that he was insanely handsome.
You were too shy to greet him back, so instead, you ran straight to your bedroom and locked the door behind you.
From the living room, you could hear laughter erupting as you sat on your bed, your hand pressed tightly against your chest, trying to calm your racing heart.
Since then, Jungkook had always been there โ Christmas celebrations, family holidays, random late-night hangouts with your brotherโฆ his presence became something constant in your life. Familiar. Warm.
Falling for him was fast, but definitely not unexpected.

Your hands trembled as you read the message he had left for you.
