Dennis housesitting for Robby and 2 weeks in, Jack shows up? He has been in contact with Robby a little bit but didnt want to push too much. But he is worried and just generally doesn't do well alone and now on top of it all he has 3 consecutive days off and isnt coping. He doesnt do well when alone and just wanted to hang out at Robby's place for a bit, he forgot Dennis was staying there.
Dennis sitting on the sofa in old sweats and a big shirt that might be Robby's, spoon of ice cream halfway to his mouth as he stares at Jack a little wide eyed. Jack just sighing and flopping down on the sofa next to Dennis and taking the spoon to eat the ice cream himself.

Dennis inviting Jack to stay for a movie and then saying that he is sleeping in the spare room, but Robby sure wont mind if Jack stays in the master bedroom for a night. Just because it's late and Jack's leg is clearly hurting so he shouldnt have to walk back home. Definitely not because Dennis can see how alone Jack feels with Robby...
Dennis texts Robby a photo of Jack knocked out on the sofa later to let him know he came over and that Dennis will keep an eye on him. And robby instantly just texts back "Tell him I'll call him tomorrow morning. Miss him too. Miss both of you."

i genuinely think that robby starts sweating and shaking when he hasn't kissed dennis in the last couple of hours, and so three or four times a day the two of them "disappear" to the staircase, so that robby can just get his fill of kisses and rejuvenate himself, and then they go back. everyone knows what they're doing, but no one says anything because really they prefer it when their boss is on top form, and that comes from being nice and close to his dennis...

Dennis developing the habit of manhandling Robby in the spot he needs him to be at work when he's too tired or doesn't have the time to explain. He grabs him by his scrubs or arms to move him. Robby lets it happen because the intimacy of the touch makes him a little giddy and he's pretty sure Dennis doesn't realise how often he does it.
Once, he blindly tries to grab him because he doesn't want to take his eyes off the patient but can't find him. Robby is already standing behind him, leaning forward to see but apparently it's not good enough for Dennis. He eventually touches Robby's necklace and, distractedly, hooks two fingers into it to drag him closer so that Robby can get a better look at the patient. Some nurses in the room do a double take. Robby blushes bright red but doesn't ask Dennis to let go. The chain digs deliciously into the back of his neck and he can see the sensual lines of Dennis' forearm muscles from this angle. Dennis has not stopped talking and just holds him there, not even looking at him. The whole thing screams ownership.
He just learned something new about himself in a room full of his colleagues and at the hands of his R1. This is so embarrassing. But shit, it's hot and he can't find the strength to interrupt Dennis and point out how inappropriate the situation is. He really hopes HR doesn't hear about this. Later that day, Robby looks up slip chain chokers and for a hot second considers buying one, hoping Dennis will drag him around the ER by it.
