we come forward tonight with a heavy heart and to give you guys a brief update on the state of the group. again, it’s no secret that activity has been slow as of late on the dashboard. with that being said, the admin team as a whole has reached a difficult decision to close the group. we feel as if it’s unfair to continue forward when there is not enough proper time or energy to dedicate to the group. it was an absolute honor for us all to have been a part of this amazing journey together with you guys. we hope that you can all understand where we are coming from. we wish you all the best and hope you hold these memories we shared as a group close to your heart. we will be leaving the discord up for a day in case anyone wishes to say their farewells or add one another as discord friends so that we may stay in touch. please take care of yourselves.

the snowfall that began the night of the masquerade might have been tiny picturesque flakes, but those flakes have long since transformed. the snow’s coming down wet and heavy at a steady pace at this point. the residents of the town find themselves suddenly taking shelter to ride out the unexpected snowstorm, unable to leave the place they’ve decided to camp out due to the visibility being non-existent and the wind chill. no one is sure how long this unforeseen blizzard will last, but until then our residents will find themselves trapped with only the company of one other individual. tempers are bound to flare, friendships formed, and unexpected connections made.

summary: the third event is finally upon us! this event will start on january 13th at 12 am (est) and last until january 20th at 3 am (est). by clicking this link, you will be able to find the randomly generated pairings for the event. communicating with your partners is mandatory for this event. there doesn’t need to be major plotting involved, but you should at least decide who is going to make starters and where your characters are stuck. we encourage fairness in the splitting of starters if possible. if you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask the admin team.
