The way Alec holds himself post-Magnus leaving like he’s trying to hold himself together.

We usually see him standing straight with his hands behind his back in a militant ‘at ease’ stance but even when he’s comforting Izzy he seems to be trying to hold himself together, still hugging himself whilst comforting her as if he would fall apart if he didn’t.
