On this episode of Schotlife our hero takes a call from a very excited woman, looking to “do good” but not exactly hitting the mark: Me: Thank you for calling Such & Such Bar, how may I help you? Idiot Customer: I have a weird request that I need you to help me with. Me: Well, let’s see what it is and I’ll let you know if I can do it. IC: So, my friend is there... and she’s on a date. She hasn’t been on a date in a while and my friend and I want to do something special for her. Me: Sure! What’s her name? Or better, what’s the name of the reservation? What does she look like? IC: She’s a blonde in a green shirt. Me: That does not help me at all. We have a lot of those in here. IC: Her name is Lauren. She’s with a guy name Andrew. Me: *finds the reservation* I’ve found them. What would you like to do for them this evening. IC: She’s super nervous so I want to send her some shots. What are the cheapest shots you have? What’s cheaper? Tequila or Lemon Drops? Me: Our cheapest tequila or vodka are the same price so whatever you would prefer to send to your friend on her first date. IC: Tequila! Send two shots! Chilled! Tell her “Happy Date Night from Abby 1 & Abby 2!” Me: Sure thing. Did you want to leave a tip on these shots? IC: A dollar should be good, right? Yeah! A dollar! Me: Cool.
