Did you notice the sale of mooncakes and lanterns on display during your recent shopping trips? The yearly Mid-Autumn Festival for the chinese is approaching and for this year, the celebration falls on 19 September 2013.

Here are some of the interesting events you can experience together with your love ones during this Mid-Autumn Festival!

Mid-Autumn Festival @ Chinatown (starting from 7 Sep 2013) Official Light-up and opening ceremony, Street light-up, festive street bazaar, nightly stage shows, Mass lantern walk, Lantern making and painting competition. For timing and exact date and venue of each event, see here.
