I find it a little funny that my main stance on everything is “I don’t care” but I am VERY passionate about not caring. I actually care A LOT, you know what I care about? People’s rights to be whoever they want and do whatever they want if it makes them happy and comfortable. To be kind and understanding of one another. To be loyal and love unconditionally. To recognize the difference between personal discomfort/disgust and what is actually harmful. To recognize that no one is perfect and we all do things that may hurt others, things we may regret, things we don’t mean to. It’s part of being a conscious, living being (or yk whatever you identify as lol) We sincerely cannot always control ourselves. We cannot choose how we are born or how we feel. The only thing we can control is how we move forward and try to be happier and feel safer every day. You will never be free with a cop in your head. If you ever find yourself saying you want to kill people because of something they are or something they do when normally you’d entirely disagree with violence/death penalties/genocide/etc. maybe question if you’re even really aligning with your beliefs, or if you’re still just listening to the damn cops.
