i have loved this song forever and i am SO happy it is finally on spotify. yes, i know it came out months ago but ive been busy and didnt notice until now (so unfortunate). my favorite version of this song by far is the one to one version on youtube but this song is beautiful regardless. live music is just better so im very glad bon iver released a live album!!

this week: The Weight of the Woods by Dermot Kennedy

this is one of my favorite artists of all time and i was stoked when this album came out! this is the final track on the album and adds such a calming, reflective feeling. it really appeals to the part of me that wants to rot in a forest somewhere for all eternity. i am a sucker for a song where the backing instrumental fades out while the vocals are left alone, and this song does it so well.

i will also say the reprise version of this song with the choir is incredible too so shout out!
