ok so i lowkey stopped my rewatch of vinland saga bc i started reading the irl history and that is genuinely more interesting to me

all imma say is why wasn't it about gudrid? like irl her story is WAY more interesting than thorfinn's. she was the one who'd already been on several expeditions by the time she met thorfinn, and she was the one who convinced him to go to vinland. after thorfinn's death she kept on traveling and exploring. we were ROBBED
