On this boozeday Tuesday, I’m knocking back some single malt because that is how I do, my friends. PEAT on the nose along with charcoal, wet (almost decaying) forest, iodine, salt, seaweed, and wood. Powdered salt over smoke and charcoal on the palate with wood, vanilla, and a hint of oatmeal. This is classic, peaty single malt. Smoke and salt are the main notes. Quite an awesome dram if you ask me. You’re welcome.
