Eloise was a stress baker. Ever since she was old enough to be allowed to bake she had. Which was one of the reasons she’d made it into a career. She loved baking, loved cupcake and pastries and pies and sweet sugary good things which only made people happy. Breaking up with Colton brought out a holy host of stress, anxieties and insecurities which meant she was on a mission. A mission which had covered half the kitchen in cupcakes. Eloise jumped at the sudden intrusion, not expecting anyone to ninja her. Hands instinctively scrunched which sent a shot of icing up into the air to land on the ceiling. “Um. Cupcakes. I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to disturb you. Or… do that. Do you think it’s going to stain?”
The whole kitchen was covered in cupcakes, not that Hugo was complaining. The young man had a sweet tooth that often times got him in trouble with his diet. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you,” he quickly said as his eyes lifted towards the ceiling. “You um you weren’t disturbing me.” Shaking his head, he smiled, “I wouldn’t worry about it.” Over the years they all managed to stain the apartment in different areas. His face started to turn a light shade of red as he tried to muster up more courage to say something to her. Hugo always a difficult time talking to women. “Why um why are you baking so much?”
