Update!

Hey guys! I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I'm happy to tell you that I've been working really hard on STNW! I've mostly been drawing storyboards, making music, finding more voice actors (I now realize I really shouldn't do this alone), and most recently, I've been doing some animation tests! I'll be trying a couple different styles of animating. If you guys have any tips on animating, I would very much appreciate them! I am so grateful for you guys and how much patience you have with the show! Thank you so much for sticking with me on this! I will try to upload some more stuff such as music, animation gifs, and art. I'm so excited to really get this going!

Change to the Character Pages

Hey guys! I'm super sorry I haven't updated in a while, but I'm here to inform you all about what's been going on. So, first off, it's testing time, so I have to deal with all that. Lack of time has been a bit of an issue with updates and that. Plus, I don't have a team of writers/producers/animators/etc. to help me just yet. I'm getting some more people, so that's a huge step forward. I'll try to post some more during the summer, but even then I won't have much time due to vacation and some work. I will let you guys know that the show has been on my mind constantly and I've been coming up with a whole bunch of ideas for episodes and backstories for the characters. I've also been working a lot on music, and will try to get some things out soon. Another huge thing: I'm no longer going to specify whether a character is cis, trans, nonbinary, etc. unless it's important to the story. For example: Rice and Rhodie are trans, and this is pretty important to the show (I can't tell you in which way yet, but trust me). Most people are up for your interpretation. I know some people may connect with certain characters, and will headcanon them as certain things so they can feel even more like them. I don't want to take that away from you guys. I will start on this immediately. If you guys do have any headcanons you'd like to share with me, please feel free to do so! I think that's just about it. so my friends came over to record some stuff, and we had some fun with it! @youngblood-operations is the one who had neko atsume playing, and @poisoned-ghoul will be playing Frankie for the show! I played Rhodie and Herb for this. Thought this would be a nice post after going so long without something to post. I am trying to get everything together for animating the first episode. Hello everybody! It’s Tuesday, and I wanted to inform everyone that I am trying to get everything together for the Halloween short. Unfortunately, I’m not entirely sure I can actually have it done by Halloween. I’ll try to at least have some audio for it. Maybe some sketches and storyboards. I’m not incredibly skilled at animating, and tutorials are not very helpful. If anyone has any tips, please tell me! I’ll be super grateful! Thank you!

Oh gosh I did it again! I forgot to post on Tuesday! I actually had several things going on Tuesday, like trying to figure out how in the world I'm going to animate the Halloween short and partially celebrating my birthday (this Friday). I'm really trying hard to get this whole thing going. I can't thank you guys enough for sticking with me on this whole thing. You guys are awesome!

Halloween Short

Hey everyone! I'm very sorry I didn't upload anything yesterday. I was a bit busy with homework and such. Anyways, today I was working on some animation tests on Synfig, which I am starting to get the hang of (though I'm still not sure how to work the skeleton layer such). I'm doing my best to work on the short, but I only have 36 more days. I'll have to work very hard on it. In other news, I have a few more people helping me with the project. They're all helping me with voices! The characters that will be voiced by other people are: Michael, Mothman, Cammy, and possibly Dani. I'm trying to sort everything out, but I think it's going pretty well! I'm really thankful for everyone being so patient with this project. I can't wait for it to be finished!

So, I've been making a lot of monster/mythical type characters, and I'm pretty sure these characters will be featured in the Halloween episode! These characters all live in the spooky part of Seconds. I'll have to make desperate character pages for all of them, but here are their designs!

Feedback Needed!

Hey everyone! So, I've really wanted to start animating STNW for a while now, and I still don't have my tablet pen, but I think I could maybe do a Halloween short with Paint, Windows Movie Maker, and a mouse. It probably will look like "Doc and Mharti" for those of you who've seen it. It won't be a pilot, it might not even be of the main characters (I've been working on a lot of characters relating to magical creatures, monsters, and all of your spoopy things ;) ), but I want to know if you guys would want that. Thank you!

Ok, so I'm starting to finish the storyboards for the Pilot, and decided to do a quick voice thing for the beginning! I didn't use any editing software, as this was recorded with a phone in a bathroom. Enjoy!

Voice Changes

Hey guys! So, I've realized that a couple of my characters have extremely similar voices; for example, Perf and Dani. Those are the ones with the most similar voices, so I'm thinking about changing Dani's voice. If you guys have any ideas on how I could change it, I would be very appreciative!

Since I haven't updated in a really long time, I thought I should post a new character! Their name is Nunya (pronounced noon-yah) and they're a witch! I'll do an official character page for them as soon as I get the time. School started up for me a while back, but I've still been working on a lot of things relating to STNW. So, enjoy this little sweetie, and if you want, you should ask questions! I love answering them all!
