You're writing a spring Bob's Burgers holiday episode. The episode must focus on a holiday (Easter, Holi, Passover, etc.) but otherwise you have free reign. What do you create?

I'd love an episode where the kid's decide that "Opposite Day" is an official holiday. Gene and Louise drive Bob absolutely crazy. Linda joins in. Tina wants to be part of it, but just ends up confusing herself and everyone else and Teddy is so lost he's off in a corner somewhere crying because his brain is so badly scrambled.

(Opposite Day is a Holiday according to it's Wikipedia entry, so I am counting it.)
