Now, I work as one of the head revivalists here in Ambrette. It's my job to ensure the revival process goes smoothly, and to teach any trainer that would be interested in raising a fossil pokemon with thier more specialized care needs.
Yesterday, someone came in very interested in aurorus, so naturally we went over what it's needs are, and just lots of general information about the pokemon. We also showed them our resident we have on site in an enclosure, Bori, as we like trainers to be shown just how much space a large pokemon demands if one is to raise it.
And they brought their pokemon with them, which we do allow if they are trained to remain alongside you the entire time you are in the enclosure area with a fossil.
The look of this trainer's tropius gave us when he saw Bori was priceless! 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 That's your ancestor, young man!
My spouse sent me this lovely photo of his tyrantrum doing a blep! He was mad that his dinosaur photo got photobombed by a legendary 🤣

little baby bean is not so little anymore! she's a proper subadult archen now. we're hoping to possibly evolve her sometime next year. in the meantime, she's doing a lot of training and showing off natural behaviors in the aviary's bird shows. her favorite training rewards are pecha berries and chunks of lechonk meat, and every time she sees me, she runs up and begs for food as if she's still a baby...goofy little creature

Fantastic reconstruction of an Archaeopteryx I saw at Southampton Fossil and mineral show. It was part of an exhibition of fossil replicas exhibited by Southampton University.

More suggestions are always welcome, I sadly was not able to cover everyone, but I will do more of these in the future!
Lucky Find
A Tyrannosaurus finds the recently deceased body of an Edmontosaurus slumped into a creek in the forest. Around them are a softshell turtle, a salamander, a dragonfly, an enantiornithine bird and two small arboreal mammals fighting each other.

impostor syndrome is a common problem in academia. For example my colleagues keep putting me in the airlock and ejecting me into space
Uh.. if you're not the imposter how do you keep coming back?
