okay, so i do realise that i wasn’t posting anything for a while and i’m so sorry for it, in my defence, there are some guests over at my home and it’s around two family who are staying over at our place. so it’s really hard to keep up with writing as well as being productive while documenting when there are seven kids in my house right now, and it’s crazy.
anyways, this blog is an apology. not just to you guys, but also to myself because at the end of the day, it’s my life so it’s my job to stay committed towards my goals regardless of any circumstances, but here we are so forgive me and move past that and try to make the best out of the coming few months before 2026 rolls in
now, wtf is aura farming. i’m pretty sure you guys are not alien to this phrase “aura farming”, considering the amount of people use this phase nowadays especially the gen z media
but, i’m here tell you guys “my version” of this concept (i.e aura farming) the main stream media narrative around this phase is majorly influenced by the looking good, smelling good etc. basically a new phase for the infamous “aura-maxxing” “look-maxxing”
now, my version of this phase “aura farming” has a very similar yet different approach. the concept remains the same to amplify your aura but in a more spiritual and powerful way. wherein you intentionally build “farm” your aura into this magnetic aura that attracts people, opportunities, happiness etc
you can’t farm anything on dry, cracked land. same with your aura you gotta prepare the soil first.
probably one of the most important thing when it comes to building a good aura is your mindset.
mindset is literally the soil your aura grows in. if the soil is dry, cracked, and full of weeds, no crops will thrive same with your aura. clarity is the fertilizer here. you can’t just be like “i wanna be successful” and expect magic; you need to know what flavor of success you’re chasing. this is why i always push vision boards (hello, renaissance blog throwback). when you have a vision board, you have a map. you’re no longer floating you’re moving with direction.
think about it: if you want to be a singer, you don’t just wake up one day and stumble into it. you align your lifestyle, your personality, your habits with that dream. singers rehearse, they get on stage, they become performers. your aura strengthens every time you take an aligned action, because confidence comes from evidence.
take taylor swift. her aura isn’t some random accident it’s farmed. years of practice, pressure, heartbreak, discipline. every single lyric, every tour, every time she stood in front of thousands and commanded attention, her aura thickened. she knows she deserves the stadium screaming her name. that’s the secret when you put in the reps, your aura carries the proof.
and this applies everywhere building your dream body at the gym, finishing your degree, grinding your craft. when you consistently put in the effort, the confidence you radiate becomes legendary. that confidence transforms into self-worth, self-respect, and most importantly, self-awareness. and self-awareness = authenticity. authenticity = the strongest aura you’ll ever farm.
here’s the energetic hygiene part. no matter how shiny your vision board is, if your aura is clogged with dusty vibes, it won’t glow. cleansing rituals are the spiritual shower your energy field needs. water is the oldest, simplest, most universal cleanser so yeah, a bath with salt (himalayan, sea, even basic kitchen salt in a pinch) does wonders. add herbs, oils, or intention to level it up.
i would not at all recommend sage or palo santo (for cleansing) at all cause it’s a closed practice and i’m not a part of that community/ culture.
other daily practices that farm aura strength:
• breathwork: resets your nervous system and clears stagnant energy.
• meditation: quiets the noise so your inner aura can expand.
• journaling: pulls negative loops out of your head and onto paper. (burn that paper afterwards)
basically, think of it as housekeeping for your energy field. sweep out the junk so your aura has space to grow.
let’s ground this in the body. your aura isn’t just woo-woo it’s tied to your nervous system. if you’re constantly anxious, stressed, or shut down, your aura shrinks. but if your nervous system is regulated, your aura naturally expands because your body isn’t stuck in fight-or-flight.
i’ll make a blog about it later
this is where the RAS (reticular activating system) comes in. (something i mentioned in the renaissance blog too) it’s like your brain’s filter. what you feed it, it multiplies. if you keep telling yourself “i’m a mess,” guess what? your RAS will only show you proof of that. but if you affirm “i am magnetic, i am worth it, i am that girl,” your brain literally starts curating opportunities to match that belief. the RAS is your brain’s way of aura farming it’s the science behind “thoughts become things.”
and posture? baby, posture is free botox for your aura. slouching = shrinking. straight spine, lifted chin, open chest = instant magnetism.
whatever you plant grows. if you keep planting fear and insecurity, your aura grows chaotic. plant confidence, discipline, self-love = glow.
so now that we’ve prepped the soil (aka your foundation), let’s talk about what you’re actually planting into your aura. because honey, habits are seeds. whatever you do every single day becomes the energy you carry around.
listen, every single thing you eat has its own energy. food isn’t just calories, it’s literal vibration. veggies, fruits, legumes those are high-vibe foods. junk, greasy stuff, stale food? low vibe. and i promise you, if your aura is living off oil and 3-day-old instant noodles, you’re not gonna feel magnetic, you’re gonna feel like a clogged sink.
that’s why i don’t eat from sketchy local vendors anymore hygiene matters. food is energy exchange. if the kitchen is nasty, that energy is going straight into your aura. so:
• home-cooked food = queen energy
• high-vibe plants = aura points +999
• greasy/oily food every day = aura debt
nutrition is sacred. if you don’t respect your body, don’t expect people to respect your aura.
people bragging about surviving on 4 hours of sleep? not impressive, babes. it’s self-sabotage. sleep is when your aura cleanses, recharges, and repairs itself. if you’re skipping sleep, your vibe is basically running on low battery and static electricity. aim for real rest, not just “scrolling in bed until 3am.”
3. movement = aura circulation
move. your. body. dance, gym, yoga, stretches, twerking in your room whatever. just MOVE. movement clears stagnant energy and makes your aura glow. when you move your hips, you’re activating your solar plexus and sacral chakras, which are literally the centers of power, confidence, and magnetism.
ever wonder why some women walk into a room and everyone stares? it’s not just the outfit, it’s the energy in their body. hips unlocked = aura unlocked.
4. aesthetics = visual aura
let’s not lie: how you look and carry yourself feeds directly into your aura. if you look sloppy, you feel sloppy. if you look like “that bch,” you feel like “that bch.” dress for the vibe you want to embody that day. groom yourself. find your personal style. authenticity is sexy.
5. affirmations + mantras = aura programming
words are spells. every time you talk to yourself, you’re programming your aura. tell yourself you’re unworthy, and your aura shrinks. tell yourself you’re magnetic, powerful, and desired, and your aura expands.
for me, as a hindu, mantras are a sacred form of this chanting names of deities aligns you with their qualities. but even outside that, affirmations are key. record affirmations, play them at night, look at vision boards, repeat your self-talk until your brain stops fighting it. if people can genuinely believe trump is a good person, you can believe you’re the it girl.
6. visualization = aura rehearsal
don’t just dream it, see it. close your eyes and visualize yourself in the life you want signing the deal, walking the runway, hearing applause. athletes do this before games. magicians do this before rituals. aura farmers do this daily. it’s not woo-woo, it’s literally your brain rehearsing success until it becomes familiar.
chapter 3: the water & sunlight
farmers water their crops every day. aura farmers nourish their energy every day, not just when they feel like it.
first things first: take a damn shower. seriously. people make aura cleansing sound like rocket science, but sometimes it’s just soap, water, and intention. when the water runs down your body, imagine it carrying away all the gunk, stress, and other people’s energy. boom clean aura.
but if you want to level up, use herbs. rosemary, lavender, rose petals, sandalwood these are your aura’s besties. throw them in bathwater, burn them (safely), or just keep them near you. they smell divine and raise your frequency.
psa: don’t be out here “smudging” with sage or palo santo if you’re not native american. those are closed practices. the internet girlies who tell you otherwise are ignorant. respect cultures, or risk energetic backlash.
after cleansing, you gotta charge. think of it like charging your phone you wouldn’t just wash the case and leave it at 3% battery, right? ways to charge:
• affirmations (repeat until your aura eats it up)
• crystals (rose quartz for love, citrine for abundance, obsidian for protection, etc.)
• visualisation (imagine golden light filling your aura bubble)
• chanting or mantras (words are literal energy codes)
do something every day to pump juice into your field.
this one is CRUCIAL. stop leaking energy like a broken faucet.
• stop oversharing. that one “friend” who acts sweet but your plans always flop when you tell them? energy vampire. don’t give them access to your dreams.
• learn to say no. think of your energy like it’s a luxury item, not everyone can afford it. taylor swift reference
• protect your focus. no more entertaining drama, gossip, or emotional freeloaders.
4. relationships & your inner circle
here’s the hard truth: you are the average of the five people you hang around the most. if your five are lazy, negative, or stuck, your aura will shrink to match theirs. if your five are ambitious, creative, and disciplined, your aura expands to meet them.
so start auditing your circle. who drains you? who inspires you? if you can’t cut someone out right away (parents, relationships, roommates), start creating distance little by little. protect your field until it feels like your own again.
chapter 4: burning the weeds
weeds = self-doubt, jealousy, comparison, toxic people. you gotta prune them or they choke your aura.
you can’t grow a lush, magnetic aura if your field is full of weeds. weeds = blocks, toxic people, toxic thoughts, old baggage, bad habits. you can water and sun your seeds all you want, but if weeds are stealing the nutrients, nothing thrives. this chapter is about pruning, burning, and detoxing the crap holding you back.
shadow work = facing the parts of yourself you’d rather avoid. jealousy, insecurity, shame, fear etc all that ugly stuff you pretend isn’t there. but newsflash: ignoring it doesn’t make it disappear, it just makes it grow in the dark.
• shadow journaling: write down the stuff that pisses you off, embarrasses you, or makes you insecure. look at it. accept it. integrate it.
• burning ritual: once you’ve written your shadow thoughts, burn the paper (safely). fire = release.
shadow work isn’t about becoming perfect, it’s about owning your demons so they stop owning you.
emotional freedom technique (EFT) is magic disguised as psychology. you tap on meridian points (like acupuncture but with your fingers) while affirming new beliefs. example: if you have money blocks, tap while saying:
“i release all scarcity. i am open to infinite money. i deserve abundance.”
tapping tells your nervous system: it’s safe to let go. it rewires your subconscious faster than just repeating affirmations in the mirror.
3. therapy & self-awareness
if you’re serious about aura farming, therapy isn’t optional. it’s shadow work with backup. you need a space where you can unpack your stuff without judgement. self-awareness is literally a superpower
this is where people cry, but it’s crucial. some people are weeds. they choke your growth, even if they don’t mean to. your bestie who secretly looks down on your dreams? weed. that friend who drains you every time you share good news? weed. you don’t have to cut them off instantly, but start limiting access. distance little by little.
remember: your aura is a garden. not everyone deserves to walk through it.
detox isn’t just juice cleanses. it’s full-spectrum hygiene:
• digital detox: if your screen time is 6+ hours, honey, that’s a weed. scrolling poisons your aura. take breaks.
• social media hygiene: stop telling the internet everything. oversharing drains your magnetism. (posting cute pictures is one thing but over sharing about your life problems is blatantly wrong)
• body detox: eat clean, hydrate, support gut health. your aura literally shines brighter when your gut microbiome isn’t a swamp. (i’ll do a full blog on gut health because that’s its own universe.)
• mental detox: consume better content. no more doomscrolling drama accounts read, learn, listen to things that expand you.
your aura becomes a magnet. now you reap what you’ve been farming.
so, you’ve tilled your soil, planted your seeds, watered them with rituals, burned the weeds, and done the shadow work. now comes the best part? the harvest. this is where your aura starts cashing in all those deposits of effort, discipline, and self-awareness.
here’s what happens when your aura finally blooms:
you won’t have to chase attention anymore, because attention will chase you. people will be drawn to you and won’t even know why. they’ll whisper “who is that girl?” like you just walked out of a movie scene. your energy field becomes so radiant that even your silence is loud. magnetism is literally the byproduct of energetic alignment your vibe tells people: “i’m safe, i’m powerful, i’m that girl/ a good company to be around.”
charisma isn’t just about being talkative or funny. real charisma is energetic. when your aura is strong, your words carry weight, your presence lingers, and people remember you long after you’ve left the room. this makes you unforgettable. brands, opportunities, friendships, lovers all of them want a piece of your light. charisma is what turns random conversations into networking, and networking into destiny.
the universe starts winking at you. you’ll notice signs, patterns, “coincidences” that aren’t coincidences at all. you’ll think about a brand deal, and suddenly the email pops up. you’ll daydream about modeling gigs, and the right photographer slides into your DMs. why? because when your aura is clean and charged, your frequency matches your desires. it’s not luck — it’s resonance.
let’s be clear: abundance is more than money, but money is definitely part of it. abundance is opportunities, good health, aligned relationships, wealth, creativity, and joy. when you truly believe you are worthy, your aura broadcasts it like a signal tower. and the universe? it responds. being “that girl” isn’t just mindset, it’s magnetic coding. you literally reprogram your energy to attract wealth, success, and love.
now let’s talk about the shadow side of the harvest: intimidation. not everyone will celebrate your glow-up. some people will project their envy, bitterness, and insecurities onto you. but remember that’s not your problem. your aura acts like a mirror. low-vibe people will see their lack reflected back at them, and it stings. but intimidation is actually a sign of growth. if no one’s jealous, you’re not shining bright enough.
the biggest harvest isn’t attention, money, or fame? it’s sovereignty. sovereignty means knowing your worth so deeply that you don’t shrink for anyone. your energy is no longer up for grabs, your aura isn’t a playground, and your heart isn’t a discount store. people have to meet you at your level or not at all.
farmers rotate crops to keep the soil fertile. aura farming also means reinvention you don’t stay stagnant, you keep evolving.
a farmer doesn’t just keep planting the same crop year after year in the same soil that shit would kill the land. the soil gets tired, the nutrients dry out, and the harvest weakens. instead, they rotate crops: switch it up, let the soil rest, adapt to the seasons. and babe, your aura works the exact same way.
let’s be real the queen of reinvention is taylor swift. no debate. each time she reinvented herself, her aura expanded. she adapted. she didn’t abandon her essence she evolved it. and that’s exactly what you’ve gotta do.
reinvention is proof of growth. you can’t keep using the same energy, same style, same mindset forever. life will demand more from you bigger stages, bigger dreams, bigger versions of yourself.
• today your goal might be “i just want to be financially free.”
• tomorrow your goal might be “i want to build an empire.”
• the next day it’s “i want to inspire millions.”
and each of those levels requires a new aura. a stronger, sharper, refined energy field that says: i’ve evolved. i’m ready. i’m that bitch.
as i mentioned style, and omg yes. your style, your voice, your vibe they’ll refine over time. right now, your aura might feel like a rough sketch. but the more you grow, the more signature your essence becomes. people will know it’s you without you even saying a word. that’s aura branding, baby.
think about it: rihanna walks into a room instant recognition. zendaya, same thing. their aura is their signature. that’s where you’re headed, too.
you can’t always be in harvest mode. your aura, like crops, has seasons:
• planting (vision) – dreaming up new goals, planning the vibe shift.
• growing (hustle) – working hard, nurturing your aura, experimenting.
• harvest (reward) – receiving opportunities, wealth, love, recognition.
• rest (renewal) – pulling back, recharging, giving yourself grace.
resting isn’t laziness. it’s part of the rotation. if you don’t rotate crops, the soil dies. if you don’t rotate your aura, burnout eats you alive.
every time you reinvent, you expand. successful people aren’t successful because they stayed the same. they’re successful because they kept leveling up. think about actor who went from theater to movies. a singer playing at a local festival to stadium tours. their aura wasn’t stuck at “local performance” vibes it grew to fit the stage of 50,000 people.
reinvention = expansion. it’s about stepping into new arenas with new energy. each chapter of your life will ask for a fresh version of you.
