Life Update
Lately I’ve been in a mental shut down - not really functioning. I’ve been averaging about a meal a day, and I certainly haven’t been exercising. There was a death in the family recently, which kick started this whole bout of depression, and to make matters worse, my private space (my room) was a complete disaster. I’ve had the past couple of days off, so I got myself together and transformed my room. I got rid of some stuff, cleaned/vacuumed/dusted, and rearranged the furniture. I feel like my head has cleared and I can finally breathe. Next week I’m back to my workout routine.
