I’ve had this tumblr for years! 

I haven’t been on it for years!

But now I am back. 

I’m here to document my fitness journey.

I’m here to keep myself accountable.

I am here to keep it real.

No more re-posts of muscular bodies.

It is all about obtaining realistic fitness goals for myself and a place to vent when I am having rough day. When I write things down it helps keep me accountable.
