we can argue about empathy olympics all day but the fact of the matter is that unless your answer is cassie mckay you're wrong.

dennis is kind but he's a little too shaky and inexperienced and dismissive of patients. he takes to criticism very well and is still very supportive, but honestly moreso with coworkers than patients. samira is kind and offers her patients so much support but has been rude to coworkers on multiple occasions.

not Cassie. Cassie has endless empathy for her patients and coworkers. she sees everyone. she's the best, kindest mentor, firm in her corrections but not at all rude. she's got her own issues and flaws, yes, but over and over she is kind. to everyone.
