Today was SHOULDER & CORE day. I forgot to take a picture post workout but I'll just list my workout below this pic 3x12 shoulder press Shoulder circuit: 3 rounds 10 reps each exercise with increasing Dumbbells. Forward raise palms down, forward raise palms in, lateral raise, shoulder press, (a couple other things) Tricep pull down 3x12 Tricep & Core circuit: 3 rounds Bent over tricep extension (10 reps) (The following exercises were done with an ab crunch ball 7 reps each) Knee tucks, leg raises, twisting leg raises (These were 20 reps) toe touches, and side reaches. I'm shy to make a video of these exercises because I think I'll look funny 😔. But you should be able to find them on YouTube.
