In the ER again... I'm having those heart episodes. My overall symptoms have improved with my medication, but I am still having those episodes of pain and palpitations after all. I'm so exhausted.

Projecting my bullshit onto Senku, as completely normal human beings do. I have a heart condition--I'm still waiting to hear back from cardiology to set an appt for my referral, but primary care's diagnosed some of the problem and am now medicated... And it's working!! Yay! (Still some pain and weakness but not at all like it was before!)

This year freaking sucked except I got a cool job this year... Hoping next year is better and that my treatments are still holding up for me. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my vasospastic heart for sticking around for all my minimally posted nonsense. Thank you.

It's official, I had the Dr.STONE Modern Survival AU to my WIP fanfictions list

When @skvernii shares me amazing pictures and it's nothing more than inspires me some Modern Survival AU of Dr.STONE.

When I chat with @senkinny and they are also hype by this AU and yes, it gonna be nothing like a chill walk in a park.

Then I STARTED TO WRITE THIS. It indeed contain angst, horror elements and new Medusas mysteries.

Petrification... an event that had turned a number of animal and plant species, most humans, and... fuels into stone. Mutating into indestructible rock and partially fusing with objects they came into direct contact with. Perhaps crude oil had survived the process? Senku didn't know. There were still great mysteries surrounding this whole event. Why hadn't some people been petrified? Why had others been but awakened after a few years? Why did some of the statues seem to have melted? But why didn't those that seemed to be in good condition awaken? Why? So many questions that fascinated and frustrated Senku.

I tried to recreate that Senku biting his pen scene but the perspective is kinda difficult so I gotta modify it 🫠🫠 plus, I love drawing his side profile

I hate how practically all medical drama shows (except for ER, I like Cook County General) are set in ultra fancy well-funded research hospitals with the newest tech and set in urban/suburban areas, there should be one set at an underfunded rural hospital. People should see what it’s like to work at one of the hospitals that will be forced to shut down due to Medicare cuts. Fighting for the lives of the patients and fighting the crumbling building. The ceiling was collapsing in the local hospital while my grandma was hospitalized and it was so surreal and sad to have to go around puddles of water and plaster to get to her. Rural medicine is a very interesting field and there are a lot of doctors who have to fight everyday to give their patients care.

i hate hate hate the way fandoms at large interpret the found family trope. so often people seem to think it means just recreating the nuclear family structure with characters who aren’t related to each other, and shoving those characters into either a mom role, a dad role, or a child role. when really it's supposed to be about finding/building a support system outside that traditional model, and illustrating that sometimes that isn’t always the best model....aka the exact opposite of what people do.

Physical therapy is wild because they're always like "hey do this weird little movement" and you're like "hmm my brain doesn't seem to know how to activate that movement" and then they'll like trick your brain into doing it by making you do other movements first or making you resist against them moving you or some shit and your brain is like oooooh ✅ new movement unlocked. And then they tell you to do that movement 20 times a day and you do and it makes some part of your body you didn't even know was related hurt less. What the fuck.
