At the turn of the 26th century and the 300th year of the Primary Link’s time on the galactic stage dangers loom around every corner. After spending 10 years preparing for the final battle with the Unbidden the Primary Link sent its fleets lead by the galaxy’s best admirals who are drones with nearly 200 years of experience.
Unfortunately the combined fleets of the XT-489 Directive were unable to vanquish the Unbidden and eliminate their Dimensional Rift in battle but before the Primary Link ordered it’s admiral drones to retreat they had dealt crippling damage to the Unbidden fleet guarding the Dimensional Rift. before the Primary Link was able to rebuild it’s fleets the awoken empire swooped in and mopped up the Unbidden and destroyed the Dimensional Rift. This did not please the Primary Link as it desired to have it’s fleets and science ships present for the destruction of the Dimensional Rift in order to analyze how the Dimensional Rift would close. With this slight towards the Primary Directive of the Primary Link Unit 002, according to its programing and emotion emulators it must now prepare to seek out retribution against the awoken empire. The awoken empire was now gathering up the various empires that had not entered into the federation of pacifists that had survived the past 200 years despite being a small coalition of minor powers with no sway over the galaxy. Immediately following the destruction of the Unbidden the Primary Link decided to subjugate an empire that would provide a back entrance to the Directive’s territory should it fall under the control of the awoken empire. There was resistance and even some full blown rebellions but a clear message was sent when the Primary Link used the neutron sweeper on its colossus to wipeout all organic life on one of the planets that had rebelled.
While 2 of the admiral drones and the general drone commanding 10 mega-warframes were wiping out the insurgents the awoken empire declared war in order to subjugate the Primary Link. The remaining 4 admiral drones with overpowering force and some of the tactical knowledge the Primary Link had accumulated over the past 300 years fought off the awoken empire and secured some territory all while completing the Dyson Sphere it had been working on, a Sentry Array to track all fleet movements in the galaxy, made significant progress towards completing the Science Nexus all while transforming the planets it had control over into machine worlds.
The Primary Link does not have the resources or fleet to directly confront the awoken empire in an offensive war but it has various plans in the works in order to meet its current goal to seek reparations from the fallen empire and end its threat against the XT-489 Directive and secure the future of the Directive in the galaxy. How will the Primary Link prepare itself for battle? Will some of the members of the now mostly pacifist federation try and intervene in the conflict between the awoken empire and the Primary Link?
