Petition the FBI to add "forced to penetrate" to the definition of Rape.

The wording used “After the intercourse” and “An argument began as soon as the sex ended,” but never do they say rape.

The wording used “woman allegedly forced her ex-boyfriend to have sex by threatening him with a machete” and “engaged in sexual intercourse” and “machete in her hand as she sat naked on the bed and tried to have sex again,” and again, never using the word “rape”.
The woman, the aggressor, was charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, unlawful restraint, partner/family member assault, and 2 counts of criminal mischief… but not rape.
As a society, don’t we deem sex by coercion rape? Threatening someone with a machete for them to perform a sexual act is coercion, just like it is coercion when a male holds a weapon to a female when he forcibly penetrates her. Just because a man gets an erection, does not mean he is feeling aroused. The FBI definition of rape, as of 2012, is as follows: “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” This seems to only apply to women when it comes to forced penetration, unless it’s done anally. Not even a women forcing a man’s penis in her mouth would be considered rape because his mouth is not being penetrated by a sexual organ.
This does not include men being forced to penetrate. The definition should be revised as follows:
The forced penetration, as well as the act of being forced to penetrate, no matter how slight, of the or in the vagina or anus with any body part or object without the consent of the victim; or the act of forced oral penetration by another person’s sexual organ, as well as the act of forcing another person’s sexual organs into one’s oral cavity without their consent.
