Irene’s sexuality is much more fluid than she understands.

While once she considered herself to be uninterested in other women, as time has passed and she has had the chance to experiment and meet different people Irene has discovered that this is very much not the case. At the moment she wouldn’t put a label on her sexuality or her romantic interests- perhaps if she falls for someone she will, but at the moment the complex nature of her relationship with sex and love makes her feel much more comfortable leaving it undefined.

It’s easier to use a napkin. To blow your nose too.

That's why they have burp cloths Sherlock. Just wipe it up. And then hand it to him and tell him to wipe so he learns. Eventually, through repetition, he'll get the idea.
