29lbs to 150lbs. 5'9". I am female and I identify as a woman. I did not take testosterone. I lost the weight through clean eating and hard work (which often manifested into highly restrictive eating habits and obsessive exercise). When I started this journey I thought weight loss would change everything. I have learned it changes what you weigh and your connection with your physical body but it will not solve all your problems. Keep in mind that while I have made a huge transformation, that health and fitness mean so much more than a number on a scale. I was not always healthy with my weight loss, I often became obsessive and consumed by my goals. I offer this submission as a reminder to maintain balance through your entire journey and do not equate physical health with overall well-being. Do your thing and work hard to find a place that makes you feel good both emotionally and physically but please do not compromise your mental and emotional balance. Celebrate small accomplishments and do not diabolize slip-ups. Each day is a chance to improve yourself and your individual balance, physically and emotionally. Harness that.
