time for a reshave? Pity you werent in Aussie I would love to do it for you.
hahah well i am in Australia but i don't think that we are on the same side :( shame
Healthy 1000000 vegetable lentil curry :D
Hey what's the recipe of your dark choc and banana mousse tart? Because it looks so good!
Im from Australia so the ingredients I used are Australian brands so sorry if you dont know them.
Base:
Arnott's wholewheat biscuits (140g)4 Tablespoons of skinny milk 1/3rd a table spoon of oil
In a food processor combine biscuits until fine then add the wet ingredients. If not squishy enough add more milk (I used only a splash of oil to bind the ingredients so when you bake it, it won't crumble). Firmly (firmly is important) pack into a pie tin base. I don't know how big mine was so just judge yourself. Then into fridge to harden or oven if you want to bake it.
Filling:
Dark chocolate chips (150g)Silken Tofu (300g) .... I got this super cheap from an asian grocery store5 Tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa (and a bit more for dusting on top)3 Tablespoons of skinny milk1 Teasepoon of vanilla essence5 sachets of Stevia1 teaspoon of golden syrup + This would be super amazing with mint essence, so add that if you want
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, then food process all the other ingredients and then add the chocolate, process some more and then pour into base. Leave in fridge a few hours to firm and SEXY PIE FOR YOU.
(In my recipe I used one banana purred into the mixture, I didn't mind it (I did it purely to bulk up the mixture) but I recommend not doing it for yourself. It's probably nicer without.
I cut it into 10 sections. Around 170-180 calories a slice but if you are like me and divide it into six its under 400 (I felt sick after that much).
Usually a regular pie would be double that with chocolate and cream etc.
If you don't like it too sweet maybe add another sachet or 2 of stevia and get rid of the golden syrup and you just cut it down 30 calories :)
Dark choc and banana mousse tart with thick wholemeal biscuit base, super healthy, no added unnatural sugar and no eggs or cream. Uses silken tofu and purred banana along with dark chocolate and unsweetened cocoa. Plus no bake and less than 200 calories per slice when divided into 10….. But its thick and huge so maybe 12 :) which is even less calories!
I don't usually post this kind of stuff but who gives a fuck!!!!

go to this blog... its amazing. I love eating healthy and I love chocolate :)
I made the 'one minute chocolate cake' on a whim because i was desperate for a treat and staring at tumblr's 'chocolate' tag doesn't help.
I made up some of the ingredients because I didn't have them of the funds to invest in them (I'm talking about you 'organic wholemeal spelt flour')....yes that shits expensive.... this is what I used
3 tablespoon of wholemeal plain flour = 75 calories 1/3 rd of a small granny smith apple, purred = 20 calories 2 tsp of sugar and 2 sachets of stevia = 35 calories 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder = 2 calories 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence = 12 calories 3 tablespoons of skinny milk = 16 calories 3 tablespoons of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa = 30 calories + tiny little pinch of salt
Just mix all dry ingredients well and all then add wet ingredients and put into a ramekin into the microwave for 1 minute and 20-30 seconds!!!
total = 190 calories!!!!!!
the only way to make it perfect would be to shave 1 cube of "Loving Earth's, Mint Dark Chocolate' and mix it into the batter for melting minty bits :P which would only bring the calories count up to approx 210
I was so torn between my love of chocolatey food porn and being healthy when now I can happily and guiltlessly have both!
damn I should have taken a photo but I ate it too fast
