Okay, miss "I know everything, Im so cool because of it and yall are dumb and will burn in hell because you do something I don't agree with.". Let me explain you the most basic basics of shifting, which you , as I see, forgot about. Mind this, it's the basics of spirituality aswell (Telling as a spiritual person and a hellipoll, who is worshipping many different deities for over 8 years now.)
When you are shifting, nothing here changes. Your body, your brain, non of it moves even a tiny bit. It all stays.
You are aware of EVERY possible reality at the same time. You ARE the universe. You are straight connected to the great highest power of the creation and the destruction. Or would the deities and gods be listening to you? Would you be able to build up Kharis with them?
So, when you shift, you just move your focus from one life to another. You become a whole different person in being. Your way of thinking, your body, your past - everything can change.
And it's not "playing dress up".
When you shift you do not create a new reality. Every possible reality, that you could and could not think about where already created by the higher powers. Your job is - to enjoy the possibilities that they fave you. Would you be able to shift, would you even find out about such a precise, if the higher powers wouldn't want you to?
So, as I said earlier, you already are every version of yourself. You are the little girl on a swing, not knowing that in a few seconds a meteor will hit her. You are the student in the wizarding school, trying to learn a new spell or potion. You are the president, about to get shot by an revolutionist.

And it's silly to think, that changing your race, religion, ethnicity is something bad and "the Karma will get you", because... Why??? WHAT is so disrespectful about beeing another race in another reality? It's not like you take a brush and paint your skin from white to black.

Because, as I earlier said, it's not like faking an accent and making others belief, that you are british by saying "boa of woa" or something like that. This reality and your "dr-selfs" life already existed before you decided to shift there. Yes, you both are connected spiritually, but you two are independent human (or not human) beings.
Right now, every version of yourself is living their life. Someone of the is totally chased by an living dead, someone is eating lunch and someone has just invented a new mechanism in the year 1298. You don't have any influence on their life, just because you decided to shift there.
And when you shift there, you are them. You have the same thought-process, you have the same ideas, the same disorders. You are them, and just the fact, that you were a different race, doesn't mean anything.

why have i not shifted? because you can only have what you already have.
most people hold limiting beliefs like:
- “i was so close to shifting.”
- “i didn’t wake up in my dr.”
- “i fell asleep.”
- “i can’t shift.”
- “i want to shift.”
- “shifting is hard.”
- “shifting is impossible.”
- “shifting isn’t real.”
- “i can’t find the right method.”
i could go on, but honestly? that’s a waste of time, and quiet literally—i don’t care.
let’s take one of those beliefs: “i can’t shift.”
that belief alone is why you can’t shift. you are aligned with the frequency of “i can’t shift,” and your alignment determines your reality. think of it like this: the moment you first thought “i can’t shift,” you created an energetic frequency—an entity, almost—designed to keep that reality in place. i like to compare it to a death note shinigami that follows you around, feeding on that belief and making sure it stays true.
but here’s the thing: you created it, so you can detach from it. the frequency you’re aligned with shapes your reality, and to shift, you need to align yourself with the state of already having shifted.
so how do you change your frequency? simple: internally shift into the state where you are already in your dr. change your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, identity, and actions to match that frequency. it’s literally just accepting “i am in my desired reality” and persisting in that knowing.
when you think about your dr, remind yourself: i’m already there. when you imagine your dr, understand: i’m already there.
the imagination and reality are one. your internal world is reality.
once you fully shift internally to the state of knowing you are in your dr, you’ve already shifted. your external (which is just an illusion) will have no choice but to reflect your internal state—your dr.
so if you haven’t shifted, this is why. it’s an easy fix. you can change—if you actually decide to. otherwise, keep holding onto your limiting beliefs and see how far that gets you. doesn’t affect me.
