SPIRIT TROPHY | 2014 Winners
As the week draws to a close, we thank all of our Stonegate students for participating in this year's Homecoming activities! The Spirit Trophy was a tight race until the very end, but the Seniors took home the gold with just 1200 points!

Congratulations Seniors! You've proven that trips out of school and money for prom are in your top goals for this year! You've added $215.34 to your prom fund, and you'll get a cool trip to an arcade in the Spring!
HALL DECORATING | 2014 Winners
In a startling upset, for the first year in the history of Stonegate (okay, only the last 6 years) the Seniors have not won hall decorating! This year the top prize goes to the Junior class! The Sophomores followed by just 2 points and the Seniors were 1 point behind that. Maybe next year the Freshman will find a way to not finish last!

Pep Rally & Football Game | Fri Nov 14, 12pm & 7pm
Enjoy the break from class to meet this year’s varsity football team, and celebrate the achievements of your other fall sports teams! Rock out with some peppy tunes from the marching band, and get excited because both the cheerleaders and dance team have something extra special planned!
Then go home and get ready for the big game against Fayetteville! Students with cars are also encouraged to decorate their cars for the event. There will be a short parade across school property before the game. Remember to wear maroon to the game and support your Red Wolves!
DETAILS
All students will be excused from class to attend the pep rally at 12pm. Attendance is mandatory.
The game starts promptly at 7pm, but gates open at 6!
Students who participate in the car parade will earn 50 points toward the spirit trophy.
Students who attend the game will earn 30 points for their class.
The winner of the Spirit Trophy will be announced at the end of the game!
Homecoming court winners will be announced at the pep rally, and your 2014 Homecoming King & Queen will be announced at halftime during the game.
All royalty winners are invited to be on the football field during halftime for the king & queen announcement.
OOC INFORMATION
Tag all your posts for the pep rally and the game with #gatefootball.
To earn credit for the game, post at least 3 IC posts tagged with #gatefootball.
To earn credit for the car parade, post at least 1 photo of your character's decorated car, 1 photo of your character's outfit for the game, and at least 1 other IC post about the parade. Tag your posts with #gateparade and #gatefootball.
If your character doesn't drive/own a car, make their parents/siblings participate. NC residents can get their provisional license at 16. If you need more info about that, check out this page.
There will be a Chatzy/Neatchat for the game! We’ll post a link on the main around 6pm.

Everyone fought to bring down the Senior class today, there were so many quarters we could have opened our own bank! But it just doesn't seem to be enough to bring down the powerhouse -- they're still leading by 6000 points! Can the Freshman manage to find enough loose change in their parents' couch cushions to get the win tomorrow?

We think it's safe to say that the Freshmen are not recovering from this point deficit, but the juniors could easily take the lead tomorrow! Bring all your spirit out tomorrow for the pep rally and football game!

Remember when you were a nervous underclassman afraid to dress in weird clothes or excitedly wear something unique? It's okay, Freshmen, we know what it's like. But we hope you know the Seniors are going to take home the trophy if you and the other classes don't step it up!

The battle is on but the Seniors are not going down without a fight! There were silver coins everywhere today (especially the Juniors), and a flurry of big bills tossed at the Senior jar! Did every Stonegate kid ask for an advance on their allowance this week? Looks like the Class of 2015 did for sure -- either that or they're spending all their prom money!
