anyone else feel like their trauma isn’t bad enough n they’re probably just overreacting to normal childhood experiences? same

How does one start to realise they were abused in childhood? I'm having trouble with it and one if the issues is I keep comparing my abuse to others who had far worse and saying I should not complain at all or it wasn't abuse because it wasn't as bad. Another thing is I've been told I have trauma from it but I see how I do like others seem too and wondering how I could see it myself? I would see a professional about this but I have no insurance to pay for it and those who I'm seeing now aren't qualified to be therapists. So im stuck asking here for hopefully helpful answers that can guide me in some direction.
