Transparency moment– I’m supposed to write a page explaining my thesis idea to my newly formed thesis committee. The anxiety I get from writing when I feel like the people reading/ their opinions are important is no joke. I stayed up all last night insisting that I’d get it done yet here we are on 2 hours of sleep and half of a page. 🙃🙃🙃🙃

The weather is a bit chill, which I really loved.

Today I answer our quiz, 2/4 questions. Hoping that I could finish it by tomorrow (I REALLY HAD TO) I also need to scan my plates to convert it to pdf file. I should do it later after 1 hr sleep. 🥱🥱🥱 Plus re-write my solutions so it can be more presentable.

Last night, I watch Gaga: Five Foot Two in Netflix, it was good and kinda love Lady gaga even moreeee and I admire her strength and hardwork in her career. 🤗

I wrote and deleted the caption about ten times, but I’m just going to say it: I haven’t been feeling well recently. The fact I failed all my exams in June again - and meanwhile most of my friends are finishing their bachelor degrees - makes me feel overwhelmed and like a failure. All I wanted to do in life was go to university, but is it really worth it all this pain and loathing? I try not to linger too much on this question right now, and I fill my days with studying and working. It’s the best solution for now, but I guess at some point I will have to face the reality of things and decide whether I should drop out and do something about my future. I still love studying physics, but maybe it really isn’t for me.

23rd July - What is the worst vacation you have ever been on? oh boy i’ve definitely stayed in my fair share of questionable sardinian hotels, but the one that stands out was somewhere in the south- it had no ac, a lingering smell of sewage, horrendous decor and the cherry on top was the hair in my risotto :’)

24th July - What is your favourite vacation memory? i could simply never chose a favourite! although, the place where i have made some of my favourite memories is northern italy where some of my family live! we always have an amazing time when we visit <3
