Had to chop it up a bit, tumblr doesn’t like long stuff(longer version is on tik tok). But I love this little moment between Brett and James Acaster.

For context, James is talking about having a hard time while filming Ghostbusters, feeling like he’s no good and maybe wanting to quit. My favorite bit is him saying, “[Brett] could have texted me back, but instead he phoned me.” You can tell how much it meant to him. What a sweet, sincere moment from two boys who don’t necessarily excel in sincere.

Bonus of Brett looking like he’s wants to puke because he can’t take a compliment, always cracks me up.

He has since begun getting past the defensiveness and actually talking to people on the left to learn their perspective, and is openly admitting that no, if this hadn't happened to him, he wouldn't have considered our side of things, and that's wrong.

Love me some schadenfreude as much as the next guy, but we actually WANT these people to finally blink and go "oh shit wait, maybe I should move LEFT".
