Seeing things through other’s perspective often shock us because oftentimes, it’s so unrealistic that it feels like “it’s just too good to be true”. Especially when the thing is about us.

“Oh, you like me? I don’t even like myself.”

We often disregard what they tell us as they might just be fooling around, seeing if we’d actually fall for what they are saying... but am I wrong if I tell you that when this happens, we still actually thought of what they told us? Doesn’t it just slips through your mind? Don’t we actually think of the possibility that it might be true?

I don't know what I would be, if it weren't for these people I consider my family. They mean a lot to me and without them, I wouldn't even be where I am today.

My family is not perfect and it is rarely complete. But that doesn't really mean that I love them less. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my parents and relatives for being so supportive of me ever since the day I was born. For guiding me and for showing me unconditional love. For providing me the things I need. For teaching me good manners and most especially, for not neglecting me.

Someday in the future, I'll make you proud.
