Hi everyone. Really sorry to ask for help again but my paycheck came in and it's significantly less than what i was told it would be. Sketch comms are back and prices for everything are lowered by 50% to 70%. Animated pngtuber comm is lowered from 350€ to 90€. This is really urgent and i hope it's the last time that I'd need to ask for help like this again. The deadline is really close and i was not expecting to need any help and im really scared. Im scared that this is as far as i can go. I got so close to being stable. I've put my body through so much pain this last month. I am disabled and i am currently off medication for my autoimmune disorder because of italian bureaucracy bullshit. Ive also had to work many hours with a twisted ankle. I work every day with excruciating back pain. I dont get sleep because im always having panic attacks. Every morning i wake up feeling like im being hunted. And even after all of this the money they gave me wasnt enough. I am still trying to enter into the hr system to see why they paid me so little but in the meantime i still need to pay rent and eat. And i just wont make it without help. Please help me if you can.

realizing that the online sphere and especially tumblr is NOT a good sample for ‘what everyone thinks’ is so, so, so good for your mental health and moral OCD. i swear to god. realizing that you don’t have to live your actual life like you’re being hunted for sport because the average tumblr user will hunt you for sport for wording something slightly weird or engaging in the wrong stuff or whatever is so incredible. like no you’re actually not fucked up and evil for not donating or for watching that one indie cartoon or questioning a post that everybody is agreeing with. that’s just tumblrs georg making you feel that way

1) do this even if you're under 40. seriously. I definitely should have been doing something like this for years and I only turned 40 a month and a half ago

2) if you're like me just now trying this going "oh god i've only done 15 and i think my hands are cramping" start lower than 30 and increase by 5 once whatever number you're doing no longer makes your hand cramp up. I can manage about 15 per exercise at the moment.
