In case you missed it, I shared in my stories the other week that Samsung Health was offering users 6 months free of Calm Premium. Meditation is something I have been wanting to start but never knew how. This was obviously a sign. I have been on it for a week and I am in love. When the bestie texts you and says 'Gym tonight?' The only answer is obviously yes. I. AM. BEAT. 😂 the bottom is the workout I did this morning at home. (There was a bathroom break in the middle. 🙈) On a side note, I'm proud of myself for saying yes. There was a time (not too long ago) I would have said no because I had already worked out. Why would I workout again? When I got her message my first thought was 'Sure I can go for another workout.' I had my cardio warmup and my lifting circuit. I saw this in an issue of @cosmopolitan that is on my shelf and I had to share it. It's been on my mind for a while. I keep self-sabotaging and I'm not sure why. We did a thing! @mlaneh has been saying that hes wanted a new terrarium so I got him a kit from the our Lord and Savior @amazon.
