The Asylum Inner Circle: Listing Updates
EA has updated the listing for the Inner Circle yet again. I've archived it below.
Original Listing
Second Listing
The Music. The Myth. The Striped Walls.
The sense that something dangerous and beautiful was always just behind the door.
And this time, you’re not just listening from the corridor.
You’re claiming your place inside.
And now, you get to see how it works…
Twice each month, EA welcomes you into her private recording studio and creates new work live — composing and recording music ranging from new songs to film scores — while you work on your own projects alongside her.
This is where Inmates step into the glow of the gaslight. Not someday. Not when it's perfect. Now — with the drafts still rough, the paint still wet, and an entire Ward full of fellow creators who understand exactly what that takes.
🗝️ Inside live "In Solitary, Together" sessions, you work on your own project while EA works on hers — same room, same clock, same momentum.
🗝️ Through Dream Workshop and proof posts, you turn your biggest creative visions into real plans with real steps — and your progress has witnesses who hold you to it.
🗝️ In the Creative Wards, you post your work — your writing, your art, your music, your performances, your breakthroughs — and you're met with celebration, never comparison.
In the Asylum, creation is not competitive.

An assigned Cell and Inmate Number upon arrival — your identity within the Asylum's walls
A personal video of your entry into the Asylum Inmate Ledger, recorded by Sir Edward’s own furry paws
Sir Edward, the Asylum's resident Ambassador Rat and ever-faithful companion — always available for counsel, conversation, and the odd biscuit delivered to your cell in the middle of the night
Sir Edward's Study, where the Ambassador holds court and answers your questions personally (he loves to speak of cheese and Asylum-lore but will wittily converse on nearly any topic)
The Biscuit Ledger — Sir Edward and the League track your journey through the Asylum, rewarding your courage with biscuits that unlock new ranks: Newly Committed → Ratty → Plague Rat → Corridor Companion → Survivor of Dr. Stockill → Ward Leader → Liberator of Inmates → Master Keyholder → Lifer
Membership is $47 per month.
This is your Key to everything behind these walls.
What happens when I join?
The moment you claim your Key:
Sir Edward opens the Founders' Inmate Ledger and pens your name by his own paw. You receive a personal video commemorating the moment, an assigned Cell and Inmate Number, and a welcome from the Ambassador himself.
Then the doors open...and you begin to explore. EA sends you a message personally. You tiptoe into the Inmate Live Chat...and you find an army of fellow Inmates who have been waiting for you all along.
A small number of Cells remain open in the Founders' Ward of 200.
Those who enter now carry a permanent mark — a golden badge, a Founders’ Ledger entry, and a place in the Inner Circle's origin story that can never be earned again.
These are the Inmates shaping the halls for everyone who follows.

Do I need to be a musician or artist to join?
Not at all. "Creative" inside the Asylum means something more than “art” — it includes anyone building something, whether that's a novel, a business, a daily practice, a new way of thinking, or simply a life that feels more like their own.
Some Inmates are professional artists. Some are just beginning to explore. Some are here for the personal development, the Oracle work, or the Keys & Doors Method. All of it counts. All of it belongs. All of it is creation.
I'm shy--do I have to post or introduce myself?
Not at all. You’re welcome to introduce yourself if you wish, but many Inmates prefer to read quietly at first. There is no required pace, no “keeping up,” and no wrong way to arrive.
How often are live gatherings?
EA leads four live events each month, plus member-led events like Asylum Movie Nights, Show & Tells, and co-working sessions that arise on their own.
Come when you can; the Inner Circle is designed to welcome Inmates across time zones. All sessions are recorded and available in the video archive for those who can't attend live.
What if I can't attend live events?
Every live session is recorded and added to the video archive, available to watch anytime. Many Inmates watch on their own schedule and still participate fully in the community through posts, the live chat, and the Wards.
I already have an inmate number--can I keep it?
Absolutely! If you were previously assigned an Inmate Number, you'll have the chance to register your original number when you join.
Is the Inner Circle private?
Yes. The Inner Circle is a private membership space, not a public feed. Only members can access the Wards and view posts inside.
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time.
