“I– I guess?” Flynn’s eyes shifted nervously from Sheridan to the cashier back to her. What was he supposed to say, really? Did she have any idea how intimidating she was to begin with? The queue moved another step, so did he. At least she seemed more amenable to his suggestion. “Is it really that bad?” Flynn sighed dejectedly.
“Sort of. You shouldn’t let people walk all over you. Now you’re beating yourself up about it.” Sheridan shrugged. She felt those who were meak were losers who wouldn’t get anywhere in life. Of course, at some point, everyone should bow down to her. But for now, she decided to encourage people to not suck. She didn’t want wimpy followers after all.
