Finally got my Boxycharm February box!
I was so happy with this box, it was a great first impression from this subscription service :) i don’t know if i will be resubscribing for this next upcoming month but i definitely will again soon.
This months box came with 5 items worth $104.99. Id say thats a great value considering the price of the box was $21.
First, In the box i received a Modern Minerals Duo Fiber Mini Round Brush ($15 available at www.modernmineralsmakeup.com)
I really like this brush it works great to blend out my concealer around my eyes and it also works really well for doing a smokey eye or just using to apply basic eyeshadow looks.
Second, I got a Mullein & Sparrow Mini Facial Mask Deluxe-Sized Sample ($15 www.mullienandsparrow.com)
You get about 3 masks out of this deluxe sample and i used one of them tonight, ill have to finish the sample off to really give a review of it. But so far i like it, no smell really and it made my skin feel soft after and it came in the cutest packaging so definitely some bonus points there.
Third, i got the Jing Ai Velvet Shine Lip Jewel ($22 www.jingaiskin.com)
This lip color goes on super smoothly, is extremely pigmented and the color lasts a very long time! Even after i used a napkin to dab off all the access lipstick the color stayed on my lips and still looked good. Great product!
Fourth, I got a nail polish from ncLA in “Heart Attack” ($16 www.shopncla.com) <\p>
I tried it yesterday and honestly, it just wasnt my favorite. I only did one nail so ill try and do all of them soon and review this product better. But when i used it i couldnt really get a heart where i wanted it or on my nail at all. When i finally did get some hearts on my nail they were all together in a bunch. So i was pretty disappointed.
and Last but not least, i received a Mistura Beauty Solutions C-2-P Complexion Corrector ($36.99 www.misturabeauty.com)
This concealer is by far my favorite thing i got in this box! It gives great coverage, blends beautifully and feels super light and great. I love love love this. I might even repurchase it for the $37 because I’m so pleased with this product. It lasts all day when I’m at work and a little goes a pretty long way with this stuff.
