Homemade Beef Pot Noodle
I’ve been experimenting recently with easy lunchtime recipes where all that is needed is water added - much like the pot noodles and instant noodles. This is one recipe which came out rather well and tasty.

This recipe was inspired by the recipe found here: http://www.bakersroyale.com/easy-skillet-lasagna-recipe/. I saw a post on Tumblr that looked so tasty I just had to give it a go and it was so worth it.

Blueberry Breakfast Muffins
Breakfast muffins come in some many different versions and I have tried a few. This recipe is actually from a Slimming World recipe and was one of the simplest I’ve come across.
In the original recipe it calls for sweetener - however, I don’t like sweeteners so I use real sugar in this recipe. Feel free to replace this with sweetener if you want.
