Stop guilt tripping people into reblogging your posts. I had a therapist that said, figure out where you feel your anxiety the most and tighten and/or squeeze that part. Do that for about 10 seconds. Also taking a bath or listening to music could help!! Also stress balls seem to work! Sorry if this doesnt help. -💖🌸
