I think I may have just discovered it accidentally?

One of the new NP items must have had an alternate name at some point (maybe before release?) because it still shows up in Google search results that haven’t been updated to match the changed page data. It’s got a feminine name (possessive form) in front of the item name, and it’s not the name of an existing character.

It’s an hour past my bedtime and my brain is 0% sure how to process this.
