I've been "skinny" & fit all my life. I only recently put on bulk weight since 2022 then I lost the weight in 2023. It took years for me to get up to & past 120lbs. Now since I've finally know what it's like being 140lb to 160lbs I dislike it. It takes about 2 years for your body to readjust so since 2025 been gradually dropping weight....
