I hope this will help anybody who needs to hear it but, let me tell you something: you can be honest with yourself about shifting.

You are allowed to think critically about shifting and to reach conclusions based on your experience. You don’t have to force yourself to believe, fool yourself, or go against your critical thinking. It’s literally okay to be skeptical, it’s okay to admit “I’m frustrated because everyone says I should do this, but when I do it I never get results.” It’s okay to say “I think this person might be lying.” It’s okay to say “I think that might have been a dream, not a shift.”

It’s okay to be open with yourself. You’re allowed. It’s smart, even. That doesn’t mean you have to stop trying, give up, or stop believing shifting is possible. That’s an entirely different conclusion, a very radical one. You can be an observer and experiment. You don’t have to fucking decide it’s real or not if you haven’t fully experienced it.

Let me tell you something about shifting; there’s two sides to this community. One side has had absolute marvelous results with LOA. LOA works through a psychological mechanism called autosuggestion. When you convince yourself of something and you 100% believe it, the likeliness of it happening increases. That’s okay for them. It works for them. But autosuggestion doesn’t work for everyone, some people are more resistant to it. And that’s okay too.

And if you’ve tried this method multiple times and you still can’t convince yourself of your affirmations, that’s fine! You’re not the same person as them, you’re different! If it’s taking you way more energy to convince yourself of belief rather than simply allowing the experience to occur, then stop trying to convince yourself! Your actions are not focused on shifting your actions are focused on convincing yourself of shifting!

This might take time to understand, process and implement. And it’s okay! Relax! The universe won’t go anywhere. Shifting won’t go anywhere.

Spend time figuring yourself out. Be honest with yourself. You’re alright.

I like using the OR acronym instead of CR sometimes but the most common meaning is Original Reality and I don't like that

The ridiculous thing about my PERSONAL shifting journey is that I KNOWWW its easy. Like literally in my bones, I fully understand the concept, im fully aware that I'm legit just consciousness and I could legit shift while writing this post. Like I'm so insanely aware of it that it's kinda annoying.

Most of the time I'm sitting here thinking "bro ur geeking, it's not that hard" and yet my dumbasssss still hasn't shifted. I don't have shifting doubt, I know it's real and have HAD my own experiences, but why am I so subconsciously so against letting myself shift.

Like I KNOW I'm in my own way, because even tho I'm a literal master shifter, ur girl just can't seem to reach it. Like I'm right there but I just missed the damn train.

I know I'm not stuck here and that, like I said, I could legit just shift now, but it's also just not happening, man. And please trust me when I say I do want it and I do try. I will try using all of the tools and that won't work, and then I won't use any tools because I know I don't need them to shift, and that won't work either.

AND I DO NOTTT make shifting a desire because I can't desire what I literally already have, so that shit isn't on a pedastool either. Like.

For fuck SAKES. STOP BEING SO STUCK UP AND JUST GOOOOOIWOSJWIDJEIW. I'm so over myself I could full on fling myself against a wall. I just want to grab my own face and tell myself to just let go and do it. In fact, I HAVE done that.

Lawd. I just can't put into words how CLOSE I know i am but also how stupidly I'm fumbling atm.

Saw 666 on a license plate today, like 8 hours ago, and it hasn't left my head... then I look it up and it's like "The meaning is to refocus!" LIKE OK I get it I procrastinate too much... sigh...

Being scared/insecure about shifting won't stop you from shifting. It certainly won't make it easier, but doubt doesn't stop things from happening. If you were scared of your ability to shift but still do a method and attempt to shift, your doubt won't stop you from shifting.

Your doubt will only stop you from shifting if you don't try. If you don't try, you'll fail either way, but trying will at least give you the ability to succeed.

Go shift, I believe in you!

Deltarune shifting mentioned!? I wanna shift there but part of me wants to wait until I know the whole plot, whether it's from the whole game releasing, or shifting to a reality where it's all out already

I think something that makes me nervous about shifting is the fact that in all my DRs I am WAY more independent and my life is WAY more interesting than in this reality

I still live with my mom, and pretty much all I do with my time is school or watching media or a bit of artsy stuff

It's weird for me to even imagine being in a dorm away from home lol
