I'm very low activity. I'm disabled and afflicted with a bunch of stuff. I don't feel well most days, so I probably wont feel like writing.

On that note, don't beg for replies.

No guilt tripping. This means no sad-posting on main about not getting asks or replies, etc. It's gross, and makes me less inclined to talk to you. Don't bring it into my DM's either.

and Lastly, i'm doubling down on don't be a cunt. No drama, no hate, no bigotry. Don't drag me into all that. I'll be selective with who I follow.

Oh yeah, just an FYI. I hate the ending of the series. I really don't like how the League of Villains ended, so i'm pretending none of that happened and I'll be writing Pre-war content. I'm iffy with post Meta Liberation, too. At the very least, if I do write post-war stuff, the League of Villains never died, i'm not even touching that lmao SO, at best, any post-war stuff will be written in the context that the League of Villains survived. AFO is dead and Shigaraki lives a conflicted life.

"I know I am. But at the same time, YOU need to rest...aaaand stay over there. You're lucky I didn't tell you to go to sleep." A roll of Zach's eyes as he just spins in his chair, humming to himself.

Then again this begged the question...DID Tomura still have his quirk? Was he quirkless? ....what else happened to him that he didn't know about...?

While he wasn't PRESENT-present in those terrible fights, he remembers plenty of assisting the heroes in the bigger opponents...

Machia to be exact, thankfully his son was as skilled as he was. But he had no idea what happened to the rest of the league...

"Now before I even go further... I know I'm acting smug, and rightfully so, I need to know what exactly you remember- what HAPPENED back there...and do you have your quirk or not?" While he could let him test that theory in attempting to murder Zachariah...

He wasn't taking chances, sure he jested but he was serious this time.

"take your time. Because i will make you go to sleep if need be...and judging by how you say your words, you need the rest."

Tired ears take in his words slowly. Did he... have his quirk ? He wanted to say 'what a stupid question', but in reality -- everything that did happen was like nothing he'd have ever expected.

He was a victim. He'd been manipulated by AFO to become his new vessel. He'd been his puppet since the day he was born. He was like a lab animal... he never truly knew freedom.

---- "You wanna know what I remember... ?" there's a bleak smile on his wretched face.

"... All For One took control of my body," he started, "... It was all downhill from there."

He tried to think. But the entire time, he really only felt like a scared child. No... he was a scared child. The same child that was begging to be saved by a Hero -- by anyone.

"Then the Heroes came in... but one Hero in particular I can remember. All Might's disciple. The kid from UA. He wanted to save me..."

" I was scared. I could remember everything I had repressed. But... ironically, I don't know what's become of my quirk. After All For One was dispelled, it was like... I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. I almost felt whole. That's all I know."

"This is going to sound weird, but you seem quiet today."

"You're agitated. Do you need a cup of tea?"

"Sometimes I look at you and I don't recognise the man looking back at me."

"I'm sensing you've done things today you wish you could amend."

"Why are you so hesitant to discuss this?"

"I asked you about your family and you changed the subject."

"Should I be worried about you?"

"Are you having a hard time focusing on what I'm saying?"

"You've locked yourself away out here. It's not healthy."

“You  think  that's  what  this  is?”,  he  drawls,  mockery  and  amusement  swaying  along  in  his  voice.  A  change  of  heart,  him? 

His  whole  life,  had  he  fought  for  revenge,  satisfied  to  die  for  that  cause,  because  at  least  in  death,  he'd  have  escaped  the  unbearable  pain,  escaped  the  opportunity  for  hope.  His  death  would  have  proved  a  point  and  left  behind  a  tainted  legacy  on  Enji  Todoroki  and  the  rest  of  his  family.  There's  still  the  lingering  blood  on  his  hands  haunting  his  family  to  this  day...  but  people  are  a  little  more  careful  about  showing  their  hatred  now.

His  survival  was  not  much  of  a  choice  either  because...  that's  what  Shigaraki  misunderstands.  And  no  matter  how  noble  Shoto's  idea  was  for  mercy  —  Shoto's  battle  for  his  older  brother's  life  and  soul  —  Touya  had  wanted  to  die,  had  been  prepared  to  die,  and  face  the  consequences. 

He  had  not  been  ready  for  another  chance  at  life.  Because  now,  living  was  meant  to  be  his  punishment.

Dabi,  no,  Touya  looks  at  the  sky,  scoffing,  as  if  the  answer  to  their  questions  lies  above  them.  “This  is  more  Shoto's  doing  than  mine...  and  they're  still  afraid  of  my  bite”,  he  hates  how  defensive  he  sounds  when  he  says  it,  but  he  doesn't  expect  Shigaraki  to  understand.  Even  in  the  old  times,  they  had  barely  shared  personal  information  or  sentiments.  And  they  both  know  that  one  little  misstep  Touya's  could  mean  solitary  confinement  back  in  Tartarus,  or  result  in  his  death.

There's  a  sardonic  smile  on  his  face  when  he  continues  talking,  distracting  from  his  own  fate  when  his  cold  blue  eyes  flick  curiously  up  and  down  Shigaraki's  ragged  appearance.  “But  you... seem  a  little  lost  there, leader.” 

A  call-back  to  the  old  times.  His  mocking  tone  is  hard  to  ignore.  Touya's  always  been  good  at  that,  twisting  the  knife  where  it  hurts  the  most.  He  doesn't  want  to  fight,  and  yet  he  ...  simply  can't  help  himself.

 “Did  you  only  show  up  to  lecture  me,  or  did  your  coming  here  serve  a  higher  purpose?”  Touya  clicks  his  tongue  in  impatience.  “Either  way,  I'm  hungry,  and  I  don't  have  much  free  time  on  my  hands,  you  see.”  He  stretches  his  leg  out  shortly  to  prove  his  point,  the  pant  leg  lifts  again  with  the  movement,  and  it  showcases  the  ankle  monitor  once  more,  but  this  time  with  a  countdown.  Like  a  child  on  curfew. 

“Save  it ”,  Touya  hushes  him  before  the  former  leader  of  the  League  of  Villains  could  leave  a  mocking  comment  at  the  sight,  “Let's  just  get  going,  damned  people  are  staring  already.”

--- So. He was a prisoner, after all. This was the fate that befell Dabi... and he plays with that concept, wondering what would befall himself had he'd been caught. Instead, he prowls the alleys and forgotten streets like a stray cat that had just lost its territory. Would he have been forced with domestication...? Or euthanized.

Part of him feels pity for the other... Another part feels envy. Envious of his seemingly-normal family life. Even if he was collared now. Even if he was where he didn't exactly want to be. He had a roof over his head. He had a family.

And he wasn't wrong in saying he looked lost. Though he was more than a little lost... dressed like some hermit who hadn't bathed in a week. What unfortunate circumstances had fallen on all of them... he didn't even know where the others had landed. So it was nice to see a familiar face who wouldn't judge him in the same way the heroes or simple passersby would.

"Whatever." he mutters to the other, listening (one thing he did well for his little League of misfits, he thought of himself as a good leader). "I didn't realize you wanted to go on a date so badly -- But I agree." he joked to him, "We wouldn't want the wrong people staring, would we?"

He reaches a hand up to his face, scratching at dry skin, walking along with the other.

"---- What kind of food do you eat now days?" a simple, sincere question.

A smile formed on Zach's face and he looked at Tomura, almost like he knew what he was doing. Coward? Hardly.

Smarter?

"Sit down and stay seated, please."

Absolutely.

"Now now, You're still recovering I'd hate for you to take a spill here and now where I could see~" A click of his tongue as he kicked his legs up, lounging in his chair.

"Or did the fact I used to be a negotiator, with a mind control quirk, slip your mind? It's okay you can tell me I won't judge~" The siren tapped his pen on his desk before he tilted his head.

"You need to be quicker to stop my quirk, now I know I haven't been gone for long but come now, Tomura...~"

--- Of course... He had forgotten how problematic his quirk could be. How effortlessly he could render someone so utterly helpless in a matter of seconds. Blink, and it's game over.

His body moved with out his permission, sitting back down and staying put like a well-trained pet would do for its owner. He could only assume how satisfactory this was for the other, in an annoyingly amusing little way.

Shigaraki had his strengths, and among villains and heroes alike he was like a GOD in comparison to what he had achieved... But that was all over now.

Angry and piercing-red eyes burned into Zacharia. He might have been a father figure, but that wouldn't stop the thought of killing him from entering his mind. Over and over again.

'Tomura.' That name stirred in his mind. ... Wasn't it Tenko now? Shigaraki...? He'd gone by those names for so long, he'd completely forgotten who he was -- Trauma causing a gap in his memory. He still didn't know.

" You think... you're so cool. Just like that eraserhead." He spoke with a light slur to his words, exhaustion evident. He wouldn't admit it... but he really did think he was cool, too.

shigaraki's post-war verse is rough.

He lives, but managed to crawl away without being caught (perhaps with some help, depending on interactions.). He was near death, and has stayed in hiding for a number of years while he recovered.

Deku saved him, initially. He no longer wants to live the life of a villain, he just wants to live his life but it's complicated. He's afraid to live where people can see him -- afterall, he did irreversible damage and caused a large number of casualties even before AFO took full control. He knows its only a matter of time before someone finds him, and -- under his belief -- is arrested.

He's bitter. He still has that child in him that wants to be a hero. But heroes failed him, and he wishes he could go back in time and do things differently. He wishes none of this ever happened.

His trust in people is skewed. He wants to believe he can change, and the world will accept him knowing he was a victim in every aspect of his life.

So while he's not an active villain, he is an MIA known criminal at large.

"... Don't tell me you've had a change of heart now." his statement is flat. Bitter.

It was over, the Heroes won. The group separated and even he -- Tomura Shigaraki... or was it Tenko? He didn't know anymore-- still had no place of his own. Who would possibly give the former Symbol of Fear a chance at life after everything he did. ... But it wasn't him.

"So are you some kind of lap-dog now?"

How privileged they were to be HEROES. To have a chance to be something -no, someONE, of importance and value, while the urchins hid in their shadows and barely got by with the shirt on their back.

It was over, right? Shigaraki, the Symbol of Fear, that plunged Japan, and the world, into a nightmarish battlefield full of rot and decay. But wait... that wasn't right. The real villain was AFO -- so what became of his heir? Tossed to the side like every other bad-guy with an amateur name.

He'd crawled this far, escaping death. Escaping the awful hands of the Heroes. Escaping a life-time of imprisonment. He was lucky to be dragged away that day... Wasn't he? Maybe death would have been a kinder fate.

He stops dead in his tracks. Tired and wary eyes scan the street he could see from the alley. ----

A coffee shop. Enough time had passed, right? Maybe he could indulge a little, try and pretend he wasn't a person with a face of evil behind it.

He takes a step, dirty red shoes shown in the daylight as he emerged from the gloomy alley. Coffee sounded great right about now.

What he wasn't counting on was bumping into someone, too focused on the coffee shop across the street, to realize there had been a person.

"... Sorry." he kept his head down, trying to hide his face from view.

"Maybe."

His eyes went to Tomura's hands then back to his face before getting to his feet. Zach wanted to say something else, to add insult to injury but he simply let out a sigh and went back to his desk, sitting on the edge and just...watching.

He didn't know what to say but his gaze did go to the door of his office once or twice as if expecting something from his staff, anything.

....

.....

nothing.

perhaps they were still looking for the League if there was anyone left.

"If you wish to kill me, you're more than welcome to try." Zach finally spoke before going around to sit back at his desk. "I won't stop you." Then he returned to his paperwork, almost inviting him to try if it made him feel better.

Maybe? What a fucking pussy.

He could feel his anger devouring him. Mind becoming less and less logical, like an angry, injured boar; Belligerent. Turning your back on Shigaraki was often a lethal mistake, but Zach was one of the few exceptions. Even then... all he could think about was wrapping his hands around his tiny neck. He could end it in seconds.

But he knew-- even now -- that if he loss someone else, he truly would be alone in the same cold and unkind world that made him into who he was. A monster.

"Kill you?" it was less of a response and more of a question for himself. Should he? His anger told him to, but the small frightened child within him begged him not to.

"You're lucky if that's all I do. Damned to an eternity of Hell, if I do."

He stood up, arms hanging low infront of him as he slouched. He took one step, and then another, approaching the other.

----- "You know what I think? I think... You won't stop me because you're a fucking coward. You know you can't stop me. You know i'm stronger than you."

There's a long draw of silence, flcikering blood-red eyes seem to shine under the shadow his hoodie cast over his face.

"... Didn't anyone teach you it's rude to stare?" he pulls the hoodie farther over his face with dry, scabby hands.

"But I think I get it... I'd be scared, too... If i were in your position." Words bite like a threat.
