I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: stealing characters, reposting art, basically any act of taking something that doesn’t belong to you and passing it off as your own is absolutely despicable. Artists spend hours of time using years of experience to produce the things they do, only to have someone snatch away the credit in a blink of the eye. It is heartbreaking, and no one deserves to have their hard work soiled like that.

True, this is a problem in many fandoms, but the Ladybug fandom in particular is especially guilty. LET ME MAKE MYSELF CLEAR, I HAVE ABSOLUTELY 0 TOLERANCE FOR REPOSTERS AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. If you see art work that is stolen, please flag/ report. If you are considering reposting something for any reason at all JUST. DONT. If you dont have express permission from the original artist to modify/repost their work, than guess what? 

YOU DONT TOUCH IT.

It is not a victemless crime, it’s not any form of appreciation, it is theft. It is desecration of property. And it is de-humanizing.

@peachbunni I’m so sorry you had to go through this, and I 100% understand your decision to leave this chapter behind. I wish you all the best, you dont deserve the way youve been treated. I hope your departure will help shed some light on the serious problem this fandom has with art theft and perhaps discourage future reposters. (its a reach, but I’m an optomist.)

you know, I have issues. like with personal space, touching, loud people. I express these things to people so they know and I try really hard not to overstep people’s boundaries too. I try to ask or at least let the person see me before I touch them so they know and can say no if needed. If I feel people getting uncomfortable, I try to switch things over. I know I’m not perfect with it, no one is. But I’m trying. However, there are some people I know that preach the same things about personal boundaries, physical and otherwise, and then just don’t fucking follow through with it. Like get a goddamned clue would you. you tell them and you tell them, but nothing really changes.
