stylistically i wanted the cover to have the feel of traditional japanese art, i had a lot of fun doing the linework since that’s not something i usually do in my art. the book pages are taken from “ella minnow pea,” one of my favourite books that is written in the style of letters between townspeople as their alphabet gets taken away. highly recommend!

We're happy to share our dear friends over at @shingujizine are wrapping up their zine after a wonderful & succesful production run!! Go follow them, to see how much they were able to donate to their chosen charity Take Back The Night when they announce it!!

Thank you everyone involved in making @shingujizine happen-- this was by far one of my favorite projects to be apart of 💚 And ty to all the Kiyo conniseurs who bought the zine and helped raise money for Take Back the Night 🌙
“I hate you,” Yumeno said warningly. She wasn’t meeting their eyes, looking off slightly to the left of them. Casually, like they were merely shifting their weight from foot to foot, they edged into her sightline. It made them smile, a tiny hit of sadism. “Don’t get confused about that. But... ugh, I wanna understand why you’re so messed up.”
Left alive by Monokuma after their slaying of Tenko due to the two blackeneds rule, Korekiyo is approached by a determined Himiko.
