I saw your "day 7" post and i think you may be eating too much protein, you should be eating more fat than protein. protein can act similarly to carbs in the way it stores sugar and releases insulin. I try to go for 5% carbs, 30% protein, and 60% fat. you should only eat as much protein in grams per pound of LEAN MUSCLE mass. i hope this helps. dont forget your small "gains" could also be muscle or water weight.
Well I was doing the Palumbo Diet which is a bit different than regular keto. It goes better with weight lifting. But I think I'm just going to do traditional keto now. :)
