Malala, now 17, was shot in the head by a Taliban gunman two years ago in her home country of Pakistan after coming to prominence for her campaigning for education for girls.
She won for what the Nobel committee called her “heroic struggle” for girls’ right to an education.

ATTENTION ALL GIRLS: We ALL know that the lower stomach is one of the very hardest places to burn fat and tone.
These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas!
Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I guarantee you’ll see results in a week flat!

Just thought i’d inform everybody that spot exercising is a myth. Working a particular muscle group will not burn the fat from around that muscle group any more than it will burn fat from everywhere else.
It will, however, improve strength and tone, and exercise is great so you should do it anyway! But if you’re doing a lot of very specific abdominal exercises in the hopes that it will make your stomach flatter, not only will it not help, but that’s a great way to create a muscle imbalance by overly exercising your abdomen and neglecting the lower back muscles that oppose them. Always remember that variety is important, and that compound (or varied) exercises will always be better for your overall health (and in this case, spinal alignment) than targeted exercises ever will be!

Sometimes it is hard to remember that owls are incredibly dangerous predators seen by cultures throughout  the world as ill omens. Especially when they look like toasted marshmallows.
My boss once described them as flying pillows filled with seething hatred.
Further confirming that owls are the avian equivalent of cats.
